1. Are all items second-hand or vintage?
The majority of our collection is pre-loved. Occasionally we buy deadstock items, so it is possible an item you buy with us is never worn. All our pieces are carefully sourced, and curated for quality, design, and condition.
2. How do I know if an item is authentic?
We verify all pieces before they’re listed. Designer and branded items are checked for authenticity with care.
3. What condition are the clothes in?
We only select items in very good to excellent condition. Any small signs of wear are mentioned in the product description and shown in photos.
5. Do you accept returns?
At the moment, we don’t accept returns due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our items. Please check measurements and photos carefully before purchasing.
6. How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped within 3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
8. Can I reserve an item?
To keep it fair, we can’t hold items. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
9. What if something I love is sold out?
Once an item is gone, it’s gone. But we drop new pieces regularly — follow us on Instagram to stay updated.
10. Do you buy clothes from individuals?
Currently, we don’t purchase directly from individuals.
